My personal journey
Hi, I’m Pamela — an Ecuadorian filmmaker and content producer based in Europe. I tell stories that build bridges across cultures and audiences. My background spans the film industry, TV, and global companies — where I’ve led projects from concept through post-production, always with curiosity and heart.
Whether I’m directing a documentary or producing branded content for a tech client, I bring together artistic intuition and strategic thinking to create impactful visual stories.
I studied TV & Film in Madrid, Spain, where I first fell in love with directing and producing. From there, I joined an Erasmus internship in Denmark and never looked back — working across Europe on creative projects that reflect identity, culture, and connection.
Over the past few years, I’ve also worked in marketing and content creation, producing videos for social media, sales events, and brand storytelling.

"I believe that stories in the media should reflect the diversity of our world and serve as a bridge that connects us as human beings."

My mission
My mission as a filmmaker is to create an inclusive space in my stories, where diversity and inclusion are the norms, not the exception. I aim to give a voice to those who lack representation, both in front of and behind the camera.

Diversity
Amplifying underrepresented voices.
I believe in the power of authentic representation—of gender, race, sexuality, and beyond—to reflect the richness of the world we live in. By telling stories that include a broad range of experiences, we can spark empathy, challenge assumptions, and build bridges between people and cultures.

Inclusion
Creating space for every voice to be heard.
Inclusion means building teams that reflect the world we live in—on screen and behind the scenes. When we invite different perspectives into the creative process, we not only tell fuller stories, but also foster a culture where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered to contribute.

Sustainability
Creating stories with care for people and the planet.
Film is a powerful tool for communication—and with that power comes responsibility. I believe filmmakers have a duty to consider the social and environmental impact of their work, both in the stories we choose to tell and in how we produce them.

Transparency
Building trust through open and honest communication.
Transparency is essential to any creative collaboration. When expectations, challenges, and decisions are shared openly, it fosters trust and clarity within the team. I believe that honest dialogue creates stronger working relationships—and ultimately, better stories.
